Nate Scharf was detained recently by fifteen undercover plain cloths police officers.  He was taken into custody after going shopping. They followed him out to the parking lot, and when he got out of the building they grabbed him and drove off. So far all information from Nate and authorities is that his mother had him committed for talking about how 9/11 was an inside job.

He is now sitting in a Psyc Ward in Idaho and his court appointed public Defender is not doing a single  thing to help Nate.

Since the establishment media is convinced that tea party members, 9/11 truthers, libertarians, Ron Paul supporters, and basically anyone with a dissenting political opinion is a likely domestic terrorist, they should be celebrating the fact that a new bill would allow the government to detain such people as “enemy belligerents” indefinitely and without trial based on their “suspected activity”.

The “Enemy Belligerent, Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010,” introduced by Senators John McCain and Joseph Lieberman on Thursday with little fanfare, “sets out a comprehensive policy for the detention, interrogation and trial of suspected enemy belligerents who are believed to have engaged in hostilities against the United States by requiring these individuals to be held in military custody, interrogated for their intelligence value and not provided with a Miranda warning,” writes the Atlantic’s Marc Ambinder.

Ladies and gentlemen I do not need to tell you things are bad. I do not need to tell you every day we slip ever closer to the brink of what could be the bloodiest civil war in the history of the world. I do not need to tell you any of this, but today I wanted to make a post that will crystallize how we as true patriots feel.

We love all races, we are tolerant of all religions who can co-exist peacefully, we have amongst our ranks people from all walks of life and socioeconomic classes. Our common bond is that we are all Americans and we all love Liberty. We also understand the cost of liberty is constant vigilance. We have made it our duty to understand the heritage which brought it to us through the sacrifices of our forefathers and ancestors. We The People understand this and we spread this word as gospel to all the corners of our once great republic. I am sad that media centers and outlets that could further a better life for everyone through liberty has taken up the ways of propaganda and disinformation.

Policing is a good and necessary function in government. But the policing function is not the same thing as the police. In America, both policing and police are out of control. Policing laws and policies step on constitutional rights. Police have too much discretion and are rarely prosecuted for crimes as harshly as citizens.

In a later post, I’ll delve into policing. I will explain how the homeland security laws and agencies aren’t aimed at terrorists and enemies of the country. They’re aiming at us, the citizens.

In this post, I focus on police. Say the wrong thing to a cop, even innocently, and you’re in trouble. You might even get hurt. Everyone knows it. Innocent people fear the police. They aren’t protecting us anymore. They’re policing us, enforcing laws upon us. Police today act like an organized gang. And like other organized gangs, they protect their turf. Police agencies contain only a minority of sadists, but the bad cops are enabled by a majority of good cops who cover over the bad seeds. Maybe they’re not such good cops after all.

This video is 2 hours 29 minutes and 55 very valuable seconds of your lives. Think of what you could accomplish in that period of time were you to ignore this video. You could take in a new movie at the Grand, maybe enjoy a coke and some popcorn. You could spend the evening curled up on the couch watching some of the fine programming available while eating a hot pocket. Maybe read a good Harlequin romance and sip on a hot coffee. It could be the refrigerator is empty and you need to grab some groceries. Or you could just take a nice nap all snug like a bug in a rug.

Our Bill of Rights is not negotiable.  It should be as simple as that but over time it has come to fruition that they are in fact for sale. By who you may ask, but after short examination the answer is everyone. Let us address specifically the post world war two era. After World War II America was left as one of the only countries that did not need to rebuild from any destruction. That being true it was a time of great industrial revolution and through our penny pinching and responsible spending and American ingenuity we lead the free world. Slowly but surely though the American people were sold the American dream. A house, a car, the white picket fence and all the conveniences that the mind could imagine. This in itself is not a bad thing, but at the time little did anyone know they were selling out liberty for convenience.
