To The Patriotic Leadership
Wikipedia lists Leadership as the “process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task”. Alan Keith of Genentech states that, “Leadership is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen.”According to Ken “SKC” Ogbonnia , “effective leadership is the ability to successfully integrate and maximize available resources within the internal and external environment for the attainment of organizational or societal goals.” Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent.
Good leaders are made not born. If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader. Good leaders develop through a never ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience. Something I can look around and see that is not happening.
The basis of good leadership is honorable character and selfless service to your organization. In your followers’ eyes, your leadership is everything you do that effects the organization’s objectives and their well-being. Respected leaders concentrate on what they are. (such as beliefs and character), what they know (such as job, tasks, and human nature), and what they do (such as implementing, motivating, and providing direction).
Based on these concepts we can draw the conclusion that leadership guides the resources and actions of many in order to do something amazing that no single entity could have been able to do under any other circumstances.
This applies hugely to the historic inability for patriots to come together in order to actually cognitively get anything done. Instead we rally behind leaders which qualify as “flavor of the month”, for issues that are usually not more than just distractions from the real crimes against liberty and justice which continue to happen.
Trust me I am building up to a point here.
Our founding fathers were personally responsible for their liberty and the defense of it. They did ultimately band together in order to make their cause of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness succeed. This came at great costs personally, professionally and ultimately with the lives of many patriots. I think many either ignore the fact ,or have not been taught that our founding fathers had disagreements about many issues, but ultimately came together during the hour of need and pledged thier all for the cause of liberty.
For at least the last thirty years patriots have not come together under one banner. They have either been polarized by issues which can be sorted in a free society, or just plain led by a very poor leader to their own burned out and haphazard demise. This is not even mentioning that the average person who claims to be a patriot is extremely lazy and unable to prepare themselves mentally, physically or spiritually for what will come.
I want to make a call for all patriots new and old to become ten fold more emboldened. I call for patriots everywhere to take personal responsibility for what is going on and for what needs to be done to initiate change peacefully. I call for all leaders to re-examine their ways and focus instead on infighting with other patriots to focusing on the real issues and making forward progress. It is said this fight is much like chess. I disagree. The evidence is obvious as we are clearly playing checkers and our enemy was just kinged yet again. Stop playing by the tyrannical rules. If your going to continue to take out pawns they will continue to steam roll us as they are not playing by the same rules which we have so far been required to. We still hold the advantage, but if we do not move forward together as coherently as possible we will end up reading about ourselves in our own history books after the fall of our great republic.
Leadership by example is not a forgotten art. In-fact you can look around the different groups and see the mirror reflection of the leader within the followers. Everyone makes mistakes that is no doubt, but to continue operating under a mistake with no correction is failure. Failure is not an option for our liberty.
It is time to stand up and say “No More Tyranny!”. We should also be standing up and saying “No More Poor Leadership!”. The underlying problems we are experiencing are caused by a lack of personal responsibility by both leaders and followers. Exactly the same thing that our beloved republic’s government is suffering from. While leaderless resistance may be the militia’s new standard the voices of the resistance need to be tempered by truth, patience and prudence. These are not easily acquired nor easy to exercise in our current state of affairs, but they must absolutely not fail.
By following the example of our forefathers we will come to know liberty in its entirety. By continuing on the same as we have for almost thirty years we will no nothing more than bondage and hate.

Yes, all the basics have been forgotten. The same for Presidential promises…
All I want as a voter is to hear whoever wins office take that oath, and stick by it. That hasn’t happened.
1This is so true across all offices of federal government and probably most state. I’m not sure how many could even recite the oath to uphold the constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic.
